"I've been looking for a style of women's road jean that doesn't compromise on padding. They didn't have it. The guy I talked to was surprisingly good about it. He recognized that there is inherent sexism in the sport which is why stuff isn't stocked, he didn't make excuses for it or try to argue with me about why I should just compromise, he recognized that this presented a sales problem for both of us, he tried to help bridge the gap with the tools he had available, he appropriately recognized my disappointment and he didn't take it personally . I left empty handed but I was glad for that interaction. "
